Cancellation Policy

1. No Cancellation: Once enrolled, cancellations are not permitted. We understand that

unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are here to support you in making the

necessary adjustments.

2. Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend the course for which you are enrolled, you may

transfer your enrollment to a future class of the same course. This option is available to

accommodate your needs and ensure you do not miss out on the learning opportunity.

3. Process for Rescheduling:

- Notification: Notify us at least 7 days before the start date of the course you are enrolled

in if you need to reschedule. Notifications should be sent via email to

- Selection of Future Class: You can choose any future class of the same course that has

available spots. We will provide you with a list of upcoming classes upon your request.

- Confirmation: Once you have selected a new class, we will send you a confirmation

email with the details of your new enrollment.

4. Limitations:

- This policy applies only to the original course enrollment. If you reschedule, you must

attend the rescheduled course. Further rescheduling will be reviewed on a case-by-case

basis and is not guaranteed.

- If you do not notify us within the specified period or fail to attend the rescheduled class,

your enrollment will be forfeited.

5. Exceptions: In cases of emergencies or extraordinary circumstances, please contact us

directly to discuss your situation. We will make every effort to accommodate you within the

framework of our policies.
